A Helping Hand offers planning, preparing and performing Estate & Tag Sales.  When life's changes require downsizing and/or selling we are there with a "Helping Hand" every step of the way.

 

Our team of professionals are committed to giving you the best service possible.  A Helping Hand listens to your needs and requests and gives great care to make sure your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.

 

Our services include:

            * Prepare property and property contents for sale

            * Arrange for and secure professionals to appraise specialty items

            * Provide an on-site team the days and times of the sale

            * Remove, haul-away and dispose of unwanted items after the sale (additional fees may occur)

            * Signage at and surrounding the location on the date of the sale

 

The seller needs to understand that they will have the following obligations:

            * Provide location/space for the sale

            * Work with "A Helping Hand" to coordinate & allow access for preparation of the sale

            * Arrange for and pay for any advertising:( i.e. Newspaper, TV, Radio ) of the sale

            * Sort and/or remove any items not for sale prior to the sale date

                        REMOVED FROM INVENTORY PRIOR TO OR AT THE TIME OF THE SALE
